Central Heating Upgrades

At Airplumbheat we specialise in boiler replacements and full Central Heating, and if any aspect of your system is in need of an upgrade we're perfectly positioned to help.

From boilers to radiators, from TRV's to Heat Pumps, whether you're trying to cut your heating bill or reduce carbon emissions, our highly trained engineers can help you through every step of the process, from sourcing the products at the lowest cost possible, to a fully guaranteed installation.

How can you reduce my fuel bills?

If you've had your boiler for 10 years or more, switching to an award winning Worcester Greenstar condensing boiler and upgrading your heating controls could cut your gas bill by up to £275 a year.

Older boilers can be as little as 60% efficient - but every boiler in the Worcester Greenstar range is A-rated for efficiency, meaning it turns 90% or more of the fuel it uses into heat and hot water for your home.

The Future of Central Heating

We're now able to offer installation of Daikin's Altherma and Mitsubishi's Ecodan heating and cooling systems. These systems, based on heat pump technlogy, ire a flexible and cost-effective alternative to a fossil fuel boiler, and as the name might have given away, have the option to cool as well as heat.

Altherma and Ecodan are split systems, made up on an indoor and an outdoor unit, that can be connected to all standard low temperature radiators, underfloor heating systems and fan coil units. The outdoor unit extracts heat from the air, which is used by the indoor unit to heat the water that circulates through the radiators/floor heating system, and also provide domestic hot water.

Heat pump systems are up to 5 times more efficient than traditional heating systems based on fossil fuels or electricity, which can translate to a healthy saving on your heating bill. The indoor and outdoor units are both compact, and give off no fumes, so there's no need for ventilation where they're installed. With no oil, gas or other hazardous substances, there's no risk of intoxication, smell or pollution from leaking tanks, and no need for a gas connection or fuel tank.

You can get more information on Altherma from Daikin's Website, or simply contact us.

We have installed central heating (including Altherma and Ecodan) systems throughout the West Midlands, Worcestershire and Shropshire, in Kidderminster, Bewdley, Stourport, Bromsgrove, Droitwich, Redditch, Worcester, Birmingham, Dudley, Stourbridge, Halesowen, Cradley heath, Oldbury, Lye, West Bromwich, Wolverhampton, Bridgnorth, Telford and Shrewsbury.
